Oh my. I just made a ludicrous impulse buy and got a pair of HD-650s. I plan on bringing them with me--looking forward to trying them with some of your guys' amps.

Haha, I kinda did the same thing just this week. I think you'll love the HD650, should be a solid upgrade over the DT770pro's.

Yeah, the DT770s just weren't cutting it for classical and acoustic + vocal stuff--way too fatiguing and muddy. The problem is that now I need to use this meet to try to come up with a good list of potential amp upgrades.

And the cycle continues...
