I'd like to get into the bossanova scene, but am lost as to where to start. So far, I know of the Korean artists ClaZziQuai and Caska.

Any recommendations? thanks!~

My most-played bossa albums are Antonio Carlos Jobim's Wave, and the Verve Jazz Masters 9 Astrud Gilberto collection. Stan Getz' The Bossa Nova Years deserves to be part of your collection, and Rosa Passos' new album Amorosa is also terrific.

A not-bad way to get acquainted with a few different artists would be to get the soundtrack to the (fairly lightweight romantic comedy) movie Bossa Nova. (BTW the DVD of the movie has an all-music dialogue-free sound channel, which is kind of fun)
