Well, knowing my listening usually comes in periodic spurts... I am now taking a turn to more upbeat and energetic music. I've been listening to a lot of house, techno, trance, and rock...

My point/question: please recommend me music that makes you wanna get up and DANCE!

eg. Fujiya & Miyagi, Daft Punk, etc.

Cat Empire - just 'cuz they're fun
Pogues - for celtic punk
Railroad Earth - for new-grassy americana
Talking Heads - 'cuz they make me dantz
Max Creek - northeast jam band that somehow creates this huge puddle at my feet for each & every of the ~80 live shows I've seen them
Grateful Dead - just 'cuz.....just 'cuz they will make me dantz forever!
