Just got this in as part of a package but I already have an E5 and have no need for this.  Brand new sealed in box so will only do local sale (NY/NJ area) so you can verify that it's functional since I can't accept returns once it's opened.
 
Sales Conditions
- First unconditional “I’ll take it” reply here (supersedes any PM's) followed by immediate payment (via Paypal only) gets the headphone. If payment not received within 12 hours then headphone goes back up for sale

Why local sales only? If you have the receipt, it shouldn't be a problem to use the warranty in the event there are any issues with the amp.

Receipt has my personal info that I'd rather not divulge (plus it came as a package deal so has other stuff on it) and once I sell it, I'd rather not be the middle man to facilitate warranty issues.
