Glastonbury 93 was my first encounter. Still have all my vinyl from this era, which contains a big Orb selection. Really need to dig this out of the storage. They never get old!

I didn't buy their albums on vinyl originally, just CDs which I still have - love the 40 minute version of Blue Room that came with UFOrb. I did buy the reissues on vinyl a few years ago though, the quadruple of Adventures is incredible!

Oh and I listened to Adventures last night on my Blur, sounded amazing @digititus - they have this analogue/vinyl like sound to them that really bring to life older recordings - something higher tech IEMs struggle with.

After 3 days, mainly of brainburn, I have to admit these Blurs are taken me by surprise.
Even without burnin I have to admit I´m fall in love with its soundstage and specially , my beloved midrange.
Let´s the music shines.
Thanks Wong for making these awsome and afordable earbuds.
Which model is that in the picture? The 189 or the 266? I wouldn´t call the Blurs affordable myself but I´m working on it :relaxed:

I've always wondered, how exactly does one get a free gift (blur vido?) from Wong? I've seen some people get their first Blur and received one but have also seen some recent people getting first multiple pairs ($$$$) who didn't receive one.
No ones knows?

The excitement! Wong has another build for me in progress, I just wish it was out for delivery too.

Enjoy anyway, I imagine it will be a nice way to start the weekend!

Edit:

Listening to Aphex on the 189 Hybrid MX64 out of my tube amp. Really nice liquid, organic tones :)

Agreed, I've such precious memories associated with this album from that time in the early 90s, likewise many others.

PK32 has landed and I'm on my lunch break, seems best to choose Aphex Twin as the first to test! I shall report back...

One very quick comment is that I prefer the PK shell, better fit.

That's depends on each person. For me mx fits better, I found pk a bit short.
