I spoke with him over the weekend and he gave me a list of his four current offerings, but none of them seem so have any nicknames. I rather liked that about the earlier buds and apparently his "Angel" has kept this trend, but nothing for the Blur 69 or Blur 266?

Yeah, the only recent nicknamed ones I know of are the "Angel" and "Le Nouveau Blanc" (MX 32Ω). He has been naming them for a long time now... even before his line was known as "Blur"...

Working on that now but will take some time. One issue is since they are custom made there are many slight variations and cabling options.

I own 2 blur buds. One of them is the chocolate and the other I think is the blur anonymous. Been using them today. Forgot how good buds can be! I’ve been using iems for the past few years.

I believe they range from less than $100 up more than $200. Both of mine were between $150 & $175.

That's about right from my experience. My first pair was slightly under $100 while my recent pair was a little over $200.
