I am looking for in ear stereo bluetooth earphones that come with a really good quality mic. The mic should have good wind as well as ambient noise reduction for the other person on the call. I intend to make calls for work, conference calls, hence call quality is a very high priority.

Audio quality is not a priority. Most of the headsets seem to be mono, single ear, and also on-ear styles. Anybody has experience with a good in-ear stereo bluetooth headset? Any references will be most appreciated.

Along these lines, I've been wondering about the quality of bluetooth replacement cables with integrated mic. I already have IEMs that I like, so adding call capabilities and wireless would be nice. Looking forward to seeing any replies, as I have no experience with solutions in this area.
