Is there such a thing as a wireless CIEM?

I think Sleek Audio Makes CIEMs with removable cable, and they also sell a wireless adapter that fits those cable sockets.

Had them with the SA7. The Kleer wireless sounded fine, but a significant difference in quality when hooked up to the wire.  I don't think it's available as an option anymore.  The closet thing in the horizon that I know and it's in an universal format for now is Aurisonics Auris:
