Blue Tack mod for the HD280's

I'm having trouble finding a good write up of how to do this mod. I'm gonna help a friend do it with his 280's and we are having trouble finding a good write up. We know the basic concept, but I was wondering if anyone had good pics of the mod, which would help a lot more.

Any help would be appreciated, and thanks in advance guys
