Blon IEMs do tend to sound better on the end of a small amount of amplification. I've not tried any of the ones you've mentioned but the little ES100 does the job nicely for me when i'm not using my Fiio X5 DAP.
Almost all of those would improve your sound signature. But I personally only have tried ibasso dc03 and it really made my blon bl-01 sound great. It's also I think the smallest of all dacs in that list that's why I also preferred it so as to be very easy to carry during travels.
You should try the IEM with your existing gear first, then decide if you need to get a DAC. FWIW even the Apple dongle is a completely serviceable solution.

Yeah the only one new was bl-03 as many of you here says it's superior to the bl-01 (that i personally doubt). Im gonna test it more as it needs a kinda burn in, (tho i really don't believe in it). So far they have similar sound signature being bl01 darker and faster bass

My 2 cents is that the BL-01 is brighter than the BL-03 and it is a marginal upgrade in technicalities and bass speed/tightness over the BL-03. Both have bad fit for me, but the BL-03 more so. BL-01 however, needs more amping than the BL-03.

The only difference I have found with using a cheap amp is that the 01 drives better at low volumes its like a loudness switch for the bass and treble. Sounds a lot better at about 75db. The 03 the bass decay is a little bit faster with an amp. Depends what I'm listening to, but if I'm listening to the cure, I prefer the bass of the 03, as it has a longer decay. Also they have been known to use some flange effects.
