Want to get legacy 3 but I just don`t dig looks - mystique colors are just irritating to me and clockwork design is ugly :D
Otherwise it would replace my modded KPE.

Hey, Drop is selling a BL05 that has the Piezo in it, lol!

How it sounds is still the most important thing but bad job outta them. Not much of a deal as they are what $42 before any coupons so $39 is no real savings to wait a month till they ship.

I saw that too. Pretty sure it's a mistake in their marketing materials.

Didn`t he upgrade his measurement rig long time ago already to "match" crins? I think he isn`t using iMM-6 for longer time by now.

Ah yes, it seems he did. He gave a quick snapshot of it in a recent review (an AAW iem). I stand corrected. It's indeed an IEC compliant coupler now, though I'm not sure about the rest of the measurement pipeline. I do think he should put up a link/description to what his measurement rig/method is.

Sorry if I'm wrong..I know he started off with a rig that he didn't like and got in contact with crin and then he changed to something else...
I'm not laughing at you man, im laugh at putting a tubes in a measurement setup. That is like if you want your car to go faster so you paint flames on it. But the paint ends up rusting out the car. Does that make sense? Lol

No, it doesn't make any sense at all.

@Slater Thanks for the Blons mod guide, eventually i went with Muji cotton and it turned out really well, was much easier to work with compared to micropore.
Still listening to some stuff and trying to compare it with original sound but so far liking it very much. Also wouldn't be possible without huge help from @requal :)

I’m curious how the BL05 will compare with the Moondrop Starfield, both in tuning and in technicalities. BTW, I just tried AZLA Sedna Earfits on the BL03, and it fits perfectly, and extends the nozzle some. The wide bores make it sound very nice and airy.

Agreed. AZLA Sedna Earfit (Lights) on the BL03 are a match made in heaven!

Hmmm....I generally don’t like too much hype over any product, and try to be realistic and objective. I know the BL03 has wonderful tuning, potentially on par with anything on the market (subject to personal preferences of course), but I always viewed its technicalities as more limited. The more I listen to them, however, the more I think the technicalities are really quite good. With the Sedna Earfit Lights, the resolution and detail are pretty much on par with the Tin T4s (both CNT DDs), which is a very capable single DD IEM. I think any extra perceived detail that I hear with the T4s is due to its tuning rather than its technical ability. That’s pretty amazing.

That's the cheapest option, indeed. However, amazon jp hasn't any stock right now. Probably it'll return in some weeks.

Another option is the mtmtaudio.com and they do offer free shipping worldwide for $20+USD orders, so that's a set of AZLAs + Symbio tips or a tip case. But they are pricey, though.
