I am using large KZ starline tips. I don't even need to use any mod (the rubber ring) and it works just fine for me. Of course I am using my BLON drop down not over the ear.

Re-shelling recommendations for BL-03 please?
I`m 100% happy with original fit but will order 2 more for wife and kid and they need to be reshelled.
Actually, I`m thinking reshelling my own pair also due to sound leak issue :frowning2:

Probably you've already come across w/ this store:

They have a lot of ergonomic options for 10mm drivers. But it's like a speaker, you have the same driver in a different cabinet with different volume and venting, it's another speaker.

Personally, the sound leak after modding my tips into hybrids isn't an issue anymore to me... but ymmv.

If you look under BRANDS at Penon....'ISN Audio'.......it will come up. I don't know if direct links are OK or not. The cables are much the thickest I've seen, but still very usable. There are the S16, C16 and H16, Silver plated, Copper and Mixed. They are of a very high build quality. To me they do make a difference to the sound, but as you know there are many opinions on cables and sounds.
I bought the ISN C16 earlier this year (during Aliexpress 3/28 sale...second biggest sale, behind 11/11) for my KanasPro. I agree that these cables are very well built and look quality. The pure copper C16 I think looks absolutely gorgeous and feels great in the hand.

Didn’t think an iem could handle it, but I tried high voltage balanced on my es100 and the blon sure can handle the voltage much better than the V90, with the V90 distorting at 3/5th volume while the blon went to 9/10th with no distortion, didn’t take it all the way, but the carbon driver handled it with aplomb, getting dangerously loud, but clear, great dynamics, but be careful, try at your own risk, YMMV of course.

i raise you 5 watts per channel into 16 ohms :) just in case i want to set my headphones on fire, you never know

What tool did you use to modify it?

I used the nail file attachment on the nail clippers, the connector is only hard plastic so it took maybe 5 minutes at most.

That's very thick tho, thicker than my TRN 16 core it seems. I prefer slimmer cable tbh

Yeah, I know the possible changes made by housing, just that I also pretty much know it`s tunability potential and I have measuring gear to tune it into same as with original shells
Thanks for link!

I use the same setup, except over the ears.
Tried using O ring trick, but using the KZ starlings it wasn't needed.

Got a load of different tips in the basket ready for 11.11 to try out on the bl 03 and various KZs.
