Yes, I’m in the US and bought items from the AliExpress FiiO official store during the 11.11 sale. It took a little over a week to arrive from China. No problems clearing US Customs, products were received in pristine factory sealed condition.

I also bought stuff from AliExpress store just fine in the US.

The FH5S are a heck of a performer for under $200. Great deal.
Sound extremely good with pop, EDM, hip-hop, spoken word, classical, jazz. Not so great with metal and hard rock though.
