Bithead and Audiophile 2496

Hello, I will be getting a Bithead headphone amplifier and already have an M-Audio Audiophile 2496. Would I get better sound using the Bithead plugged into the M-Audio or would it be perferrable to simply use the USB connection?

Hmm, does no one have experience in this matter? Is the M-Audio's DAC better than the Bitheads?
