Biggest day at Head-Fi?

So I thought the interview with John was big stuff (and it was), but now the HF-1, sheesh! Would anyone care to create a timeline of seismic Head-fi events? I think it would be cool.

well the biggest one that had almost nothing to do with us is when one head-fier posted a review on a sony player...that just happened to be the first review of its kind on the web. we got Slashdotted. See the bottom of the page where it says "the most people ever on Head-fi were #### on (date)?" well that was the day we got mobbed by slashdot geeks. a tribute to the site that we didn't crash that day lol!

but the biggest for head-fiers...i'd say the nonstop awesomeness of this month. new stuff, exposure in the public for headphones in general - everything is looking so optimistic! i'd take all of this over being able to afford that Orpheus group buy! Almost!

It was special at the time because it was Sony's first stab at allowing MP3s on it's DAPs instead of ATRAC.
