Any recommendations for a big desk where you could have a computer, several components, a computer, and also a pair of smallish monitor speakers? And maybe even a small power conditioner?

If you have a 2-box amp, a DAC (and maybe even a transport like a Chord Blu2), it can get really crowded.

Thanks.

I second the Jarvis (typing on one now). It's awesome. However, I went for the 64 x 30, which was more than enough for my purposes. However, I also have a rack adjacent to my desk.

Jarvis customer service is outstanding btw. Very professional yet personal. I actually was going to spring for the 78 but the guy I spoke to said he also prefers the 64. I also went with the standard straight rather than the curved, which looks beautiful but has less crucial area. Again, I think your needs may be different than mine.

I managed to fit an iMac 27" and a PC with all these gear on my L shaped executive desk.

I even had a pair of bookshelf speakers on it at one time.

If you want a semi-cheap option I use the bekant series of desks from Ikea (up desk version not recommended.) I just slapped two of them together to make one long desk. I don't have a great picture at the moment of the entire span, but I've got two pics that show each side.

Thanks. I kept the stereo and home theatre system separate.

The pair of small speakers on stands and the single speaker below the TV (inside the cabinet) plus the subwoofer on the extreme left is my 5.1 channels (pair of speakers for surround behind).

The tower speakers and the small ribbon tweeter speakers I alternate for stereo listening and has separate amplification.

I can relate. At one time I had 4 pairs of speakers in my room. Ohm Walsh 2s, Desktop Quad Monitors, Desktop Swan monitors, and my current La Have monitors.
My wife made me cut it down to 2 pairs...
