On mine the treble is very smooth stock tips stock cable i see no trouble to wear them for hours

My issue is that I’m more sensitive to a peak at 6-7Khz than I am at 3-5Khz and the DM6 is more boosted between 6-7KHz. I don’t have issues with it in certain genres but ones with more treble emphasis or poor recordings and quality may become harsh to me.

For under $200, my favorite right now is the Kanas Pro and that was based on opinions from many on this forum including @Hawaiibadboy and others — as I found that to fit my ear better and a better all-around iem albeit a little too smooth sometimes.

As always with dm6 are two opinions, for some dm6 are ideal with "smooth" treble and for others they have harshenes and sibilance. If i ever have possibility to hear these " smooth" dm6 i will say if this is our hearing or if this is dm6. For some genres is ok when there is no emphasis on treble but on some they are too harsh only with low level possible to listen. So i hope dm7 will solve this because i don't like to torture my ears, kanas are like a medicine and easy for ears but not so revealing and transparent. So hope dm7 will have smoother better tuned treble with the same transparance. Then it will be real deal

that's the opposite for me... I'm much more tolerant to 6/7 Khz peak than 3/5 Khz... I might give a shot to these DM6 just for my experience
