I had to send the left DM7 back to China because to had lost balance. I have been told by Linsoul that the return has arrived and it will take 14 days to repair. Not sure how it can be repaired, I have a feeling that Linsoul might come back to me and say there is nothing wrong. Although I can hear a clear imbalance, but I will have to see what happens.

A graph is all nice to see, but in the end what's most important is if you enjoy the sound of the IEM. I must be lucky because I too love both DM6 and DM7.

I really hope a DM8 or whatever the successor will be called will take some time to be released. I will most probably buy that one too though.

The Artmagic with 1200 bucks is way out of my league for a single set of IEMs.

Hello Guys. I recently have boutgh DM7, it is my first expirience with BGVP. My friend remove the frequancy response and it disappoint me, becouse it isn't the same, it isn't even close to FR's DM7 in internet like in Crinacle review. Maybe they messed up the filters? Could you give advise? Maybe somebody has had this problem already.

First FR is from my friend:

Second is from Crinacle:

This is how filters sets in earphones:

Low is yellow, mid is red, high - mid is brown, highs is white
The only way your FR and @crinacle 's chart will be the same is if you use the same rig in the same way and set up your software the same way. Your friend's FR looks like it could be similar to Crin's, but with compensation.

who wants to buy more iems from Bgvp? Is there some explanation when seeing this?
I would. I have both the DM6 and DM7 and like them. I have never had a problem. I will buy more from BGVP. Maybe not a $1200 iem, but that’s just a price thing (and, yeah, a don’t spark a divorce inducing fight kind of thing, too.)

Yes, I'm agree with you I thought like you then I saw it. I know that he has tube with microphone or something like that, maybe it isn't accurate...

I really like these, look and sound is amazing. On the fence with the DM7, cannot justify the price having the DM6's.

I have both DM6 and DM7. I like them both, but I like the DM6 a bit more. The tuning of the DM7 is a bit safer (less treble and to me a bit less bass) - safer and more boring than the DM6

Totally agree. The DM6 are my favorites between the two.

Enjoying my DM6’s very, very much.

A non-sibilant DM6 with no QC issues is peak BGVP and one day will be rarer than a unicorn.

Possible. Let's keep in mind people with problems are more vocal than people without. Clearly there were problems with some DM6 units. Does "some" equal few, half, or most? I believe everyone has an opinion. I am confident none of us on Head-fi have actual statistics.

I have both.
Initially I liked the DM7 tuning better, but after weeks of A-Bing I still like the DM6 better.
No QC or sibilance with either unit.
