not surprising of course after the 3rd Gen T1
will be released either autumn or a bit into winter
same price as the 2nd gen

more info soon enough

what I am hoping for:

-better, more natural timbre
-less tinny
-same great imaging
-5 years of warranty

I didn't know about the T1 3rd gen, is it official or am I missing something?

What I also do hope is no more pleater earpads.

Both are not official yet but some retailers are informed already of course. Just wait a bit.

As someone who really loves the T5p (2nd Gen), this is great news. All I'm hoping for in the revised model is a touch better clarity, and possibly, a little more treble sparkle. Yes, believe it or not, I think the T5p (2nd Gen) has highs that are a tad smoothed over.

Oh and, a black version, please. Something like the A&K version of the T5p.

When I listen to the Tygr, i expect something great for the next generation. The tygr has a great imaging, better damping and a non fatiguing sound with still enough room. So with 800€ more in price, the 3rd gen has to rock!
What is Tygr?
Am I understanding it correct, T1 3d gen will be 800 euro more expensive than 2nd gen?

The Tygr is a gaming-oriented, open-back headphone.

The 2nd Generation models of the T1 and the T5p were both $999, exactly $800 more than the Tygr.
