Beyerdynamic T51P cable replacement to balanced 4.4mm

Hi,
I searched for so long but I can't find the stuff I need.

I would like to replace the cable of my T51P Headphones, therefore I need:

• Headphone cable with balanced support
• 4.4mm headphone connector for Sony NW-WM1A Walkman
• 4.4mm jack from headphones to 3.5mm SE jack to still be able of using the headphones for unbalanced devices

Where can I buy this stuff? I always find ready to use cables with plugs, but I want to solder it by myself. And the cable should be normal, not too thick, no silver crap, not exaggerated sleeving. Do you guys know where I could purchase this stuff and a good online shop? Preferably shipping to/from Europe.
