I quite enjoy them for Classical music as well. Just adding that data point-- numerous genres are agreeable on these cans.

Listening on my T1.3 to some wonderfully recorded and mastered performances of Stravinsky by the Minnesota Orchestra. . . there's a stretch of albums, the 'Prof Johnson Reference Recordings,' done for HDCD that really just have some amazing dynamic range (even in good old fashioned CD quality lol).

The T1.3 really shines with this kind of range, it can go loud without hurting but retains detail. Pretty sure there was much 'Fletcher-Munson'ing in this can's design process...

Have been enjoying these cans all week, haven’t found anything that I don’t enjoy through them yet. They pair really well with the TA-ZH1ES.

Listening to Infected Mushroom - Head of NASA and the 2 Amish Boys at the moment, has a lot going on in the opening track but these handle it extremely well.

I see you also have brighter headphones in your collection as I do and they just did not fit into the rest of my gear. But wow they do sound great once your ears get adjusted to the darker signature.

I owned three of those (two already sold, one still available...). They are of very good quality for a reasonable price, not too stiff, nice understated looks. I don't own any amps with XL4 anymore (and neither T1 or T5), but I really liked those cables.
