Beyerdynamic DT 1770 Pro Mk1 vs Mk2

I have the mk1, and i really enjoy them for especially gaming.

I drive them of my AE-9 which have an Xamp which can drive headphones up to 600ohm, so i really do not have any need for the lower impedance on the mk2.

But is there a huge difference between them sound wise? especially sound stage/imaging in gaming etc?

I don't like the tuning on the new ones. You can look up on Google images a frequency response chart for both to compare. I've had several different models with the new drivers and it's nothing to write home about, and don't like the tuning on the new one.
The original DT1770 is terrific with fresh original pads. I'd keep them.
