Just received the DT150 (250 ohm). Like new condition in original box.

It's interesting but the housing color is grayish rather than black on mine (is it normal?).

Enjoying the sound. In the future may write a graphical review on it... If I have time...

So far, great HP's!

Thanks @Lorspeaker for steering me in to this direction!

Yes, dark grey is the exact color definition for mine.

Will open these and try some mods tonight

Well, mine is out for delivery two days early. Definitely looking forward to seeing how these compare to my other cans!

Interested in the Open vs Closed comparison (with HD600)

I'll be posting some impressions; no guarantee of a full review or anything, but I'll definitely post my thoughts. I'll probably give myself a few days to acclimate to the DT150s first though.

Well if you listen to rock at high volumes , don't get the 6XXs
The dt880s and 150s are superior

I don't listen to all that much rock. I already have the DT 150 of course and I have an AKG I don't find fatiguing the K612, I want to get an HD 600 next. I do plan on getting the DT 880 sometime in the future though.
