With all the help from this wonderfully informative Forum, I will be looking to add a pair of Beyerdynamic DT880 (in the 600 ohm version).

Before doing so, I want to be sure my amp can drive these headphones to an efficient level...thus I ask you experts once again.

My current amp is: Corda HA-2 MkII SE

I certainly don't mind spending hard earned money on the Beyers, but I want to make sure my set-up will drive them.

Thanks for your help!!!

While I'm not familiar with this combo I don't find the 600Ω Beyers that difficult to drive. They're nowhere near as hard to drive as AKG K340's or Yamaha Orthos. They have very similar power needs as the AKG K240 Sextett. I think your Corda will do a pretty good job.
