Before I buy some 880s, I am wondering what all of the recable options are out there - both DIY and bought - and what experiences you've had with them and the sound signature improvements.
I see the Cardas upgrade from headroom, ten feet for 450 total (around 200 bucks for the cable)
I see the Darth Beyer upgrade from headphile at 140 for six feet
I know there are a couple of custom mods out there, but i'll leave them for you to detail.
