Hi,
I have had my suer.fis for few weeks and still could not get sufficient seal with them. Big flanges are too big for me, small are too small, bi-flanges are popping out of my ears as i am walking and mid-sized flanges do not provide good seal neither. Foams are OK but it is too much work to get them into the place. I thought i would need something with size of mids but more sturdy. So i took the medium one and stuff it with small one. And thats just what i ever wanted
.To be honest comfort is slightly worst (bit more pressure in ears) but isolation is much better and they are still very easy to insert.
It is naturally possible to stuff big flanges with medium ones or stuff one into other of the same size if you have two pairs of them.
This idea may be no big deal but at least for me it is huge improvement and now i am finally satisfied with these earphones.
Hope it will help someone else.
see picture below for my working process.
