Hi there,
currently I'm listening to my music with my Sennheiser HD222 and a Cmoy for amplifying. The Opamp is a BA4560. The source is my pc with a Terratec Aureon 5.1 Fun in Stereo mode (CMIPCI8738 or somewhat..)

Now, the bad thing: the bass simply suck. I prefer a not too loud but even more precise bass. But these Headphones are just too quiet. If i listen with them at very low volume the sound is really neat. But not if I want to listen to some rock and turn the knob all the way up!

Do I have to change the opamp? Had anyone bad experiences with that one? Or are the Headphones my problem? If so, which headphones for max 100 € are the ones I should look for? The Sennheiser HD555 look good so far. I can get my hands on them for exactly 100€

Thanks,
Jan

Beyerdynamic DT770Pro80!
Run the sound card in 2 speaker mode and not headphone.
