The title pretty much says it all. I got a pair of refurb ES7s from a friend, but the pads aren't attached, and there's no obvious way to do so. What's the best way to do this--glue gun? Double-sided tape? Something else?

Suggestions appreciated...

See the rubbery lip going around pads? Just stretch it over the plastic rim on cup.
