Best used HP under $100

Looking to buy my nephew a pair used of HP's for less than $100 (new is also an option).  I just got him the Fioo X5-II DAP so he'll be using them straight from the X5's.  I got the same DAP and it drives my Ultrasone Edition 8's.  He listens to Metal.
