Authorized distributor? I think Mike at Frequency. Un-authorized, buy on the cheap and roll the dice...

ebay has the w3 for 325 from a powerseller, and the um3x for 347 from a powerseller as well

add in 8% Bing cashback and i believe it's the cheapest price around for a new & warrantied set

If there is any authorized seller on ebay then that along with cashback will be cheapest like koven said same applies for a unauthorized seller and again ebay is probably going to come in cheapest unless another store has a discount > 8%

Sorry, I forgot to mention that I need it to have a return policy in case I have fit issues... Someone mentioned Mike at Frequency but I'm not familiar with that store or website?

He's a great seller and an authorised Westone dealer, here's some of his eBay links:

WESTONE UM3X New Sealed Box 100% Positive Feedback on eBay (end time 05-Jul-09 13:01:57 BST)

WESTONE 3 New in the box FREE Pelican Case on eBay (end time 11-Jul-09 00:05:52 BST)

On the Westone 3 he even includes a free Pelican case, which is the one I use with my ES3X's.

I got both my Westone 3 & UM3X from him.

However, as far as I know he does NOT have a return policy for possible fit issues you've mentioned. I believe only Earphone Solutions do that, but they are far more expensive if you buy from them, and in case of a return you still have to pay re-stocking fees. Don't think anyone else would offer what you're after.

And, FYI, the UM3X is generally reported to be more comfortable than the W3 (and better sounding, to me at least)

Umm...I think i might be the only one with fit issues with the UM3X. My ear's anatomy is slightly diff. from normal people's and my left ear experiences excruciating pain after 15-20 minutes where I cant touch my ear for several hours. However, this happens about 75% of the time. Sometimes, it doesnt hurt at all...so yeah. May just be my ear only.
The right ear however are comfortable as heaven.
