At the moment, I have a pair of Epos ELS-3 bookshelfs powered by a Sonic Impact Class-T amp which is hooked up to my PC. I'm looking to buy an A/V Receiver to take over for the Sonic Impact. Eventually, I plan to connect a surround sound system to it, but for now, it will just power my Epos.
Anyways, I'm looking for the best sounding unit I can buy under $400 - any recommendations?
Or, would it be better to just buy an amp (max $400) for the speakers?
My goal is to get the best sound from my PC music library as possible, incorporating the PC, soundcard and speakers that I already own.
