Ok, my seemenly permant headphone listening spot has become populated by the land of loud TV watchers, and i'm thinking of picking up some sealed cans. 500 bucks is an absoulte maxium, i'd perfer to spend less. They'll be used attached for a fortimisso 2 with a ART DI/O, and a melos SH1-a. I'll be using them for gaming, and music listening.

If you dont want ety's, then look into the Beyerdynamic DT770-250's as well.

Both offer excellent isolation and are great for music/movies.

Not W100's. Despite their closed design, they don't keep much noise out!

I haven't heard the Beyers or the W100s, but I love my Ety 4Ps...
