Alright, so unfortunately, I'm making this post earlier than I had hoped to.
My Audio-Technica ATH-CK7s just broke again. Neither time was my fault, but I've since used the warranty, and they're not spectacular enough to warrant fixing, so I'm using an old pair of cans from a while back in the mean time.

Anyway, I'm looking for something that

CANCELS NOISE (I don't want to hear folks on the bus)

and that are obviously good headphones.

As stated, I have anywhere UP TO $350 to spend.

Suggestions?
And if possible, links to product pages, and your general opinion / reason for suggesting that pair

Thank you guys very much.

These may not be noise canceling but I would consider Sleek SA6 (questionable durability but users love their balanced sound), Triple.fi (poor fit but probably best sound quality in a universal fit phone), and Shure SE530 (very comfortable, sq comparable to Triple.fi). Amazon has the SE530 for $365 and the Triple.fi for 326. Also check soundearphones.com for prices. They have the SA6 for 200.

No, I've made a topic in both, as I'm looking for either.

When I say portable, I mean, they should need a dedicated desktop amp to sound good, or be so huge and cumbersome that I can't wear them comfortably on the bus.

OK, that would be portable and so should be in the portable HP forum. Was just trying to help get you the most help. Maybe someone could help you in this forum too.
