Don't know all the Philips earphones, but I have the SHE3580 (or 3590), and they are very hard to beat at $15 for full, balanced, clear sound.

The SHE9850 are better sounding IEMs than SH9800 and SHE9700 are surprisingly good too.

SHE9700 are better pick with low price and sound dynamic but dfetailed and ver engaging soundsignature. The CX300II are bassheavy yet again very engaging soundsignature without emphesis on detailed side, so either willbe good buy, only Sennheiser CX300 are bassier than SHE9700 and less detailed.
And what if you compare SHE9700 with SHE9800?
