Best on-ear Headphones under 100 euros

Hello guys!
I'm looking for on-ear headphones, to listen at home through my PC with no amp or dac.
The two i have been looking are beats EP (dont judge me plz) and marshall major 2.
I listen to electronic, hip-hop, dream-pop and metal.
Could I have some suggestions please?
Im european so I entend to buy withing the EU.

I have heard that those are a bit neutral if not more for people who like treble.
Since I like electronic and hip hop it would be a bad purchase, no?
