Best isolation for in-ear around the $50 mark?

I'd be using this set for listening to music while in noisy settings...walking around the city, mowing the lawn (under earmuffs), riding a motorcycle...basically something where ambient noise reduction is slightly more of a concern than top sound quality. I was thinking of CX300s (yes, I was one of the thousands who bought a fake set on ebay and had to return them), but I figured I'd ask the experts for some other opinions. Some say that EP-630s provide almost the same sound quality...how does the isolation compare? I like the idea of a set that block enough noise to use outdoors, while still providing enough quality that I'm not going to hate them if I'm listening to music in the office. I'm willing to flex the price a little if there are significant gains to be had, but I don't want to spend hundreds on something that's not going to be my primary set anyway.

Thoughts?

Some sites have Shure E2c's for around that price. You can always find one that's used. Same goes with the Super.fi 3 strudio's, but I personally prefer Shure fit

MylarX3s are highly regarded for their SQ, not isolation, like all canal buds.

I have very old ears without much treble response, but here goes anyway.

Did a lot of research to find some efficient buds that had good bass to use with my wife's Blackberry Pearl, which has built in mp3 player without much volume or bass. They isolate pretty well and my wife, who could stand in for the Princess and the Pea, finds them comfortable enough for an hour commute each way. They come with three sizes of very soft inserts which act very much like more expensive swimmer's earplugs.

They eq very nicely to get excellent bass, imho. I eq the mp3's before I upload 'em to the Pearl, since the Pearl has no eq built in. I use Winamp with a plugin called simply "Enhancer", which generates subharmonic bass, harmonic treble and has a switchable compression feature much like FM stations use to sound louder than all the other stations.

Not to mention they will play ungodly loud, way beyond the point of pain.

I seem to recall someone calculated 124 dB on a site I checked out while researching.

Panasonic rp-hje50 canal phones..

Oh yea, they are cheap too. And the Amazon seller screwed up and sent me two pair.

Here they are with the medium insert, ignore the earwax in the removed insert.

If you get X3 with bi-flange together from Jaben, it should do a pretty good job on isolation.
