best in ear phones for £20 budget?

i am looking for the best in ear phones for a budget of £20. im looking for something with good ambient noise rejection for listening whilst commuting on the train, tube etc. (though im assuming most in ears do this quite well by the nature of their design) and of course good audio quality (well as good as it gets for £20 lol). i listen mostly to metal and rock.

so far i have found 3 that might be suitable on amazon. they are
sennheiser cx300 (£20 including p+p) sennheiser cx400 (£18 including p+p) and creative ep-830 (£11 including p+p)

are any of these what im looking for? if so which one i best? or are there others i should check out?

This is the best system i've heard for £20. the soundwise T4 and Fiio E3 amp. the T4's alone, are more neutral than the Sennheiser CX300, and the fiio E3 amp is a cheap but brilliant little booster accessory. I've quite a few earphones around the £20 including the metro.fi 100, denon ah-c252 and cresyn 630's and nothing will come close. on it's own, the T4's are more like the Metro.fi 2(200) than the CX300.
