What kind of music are you into? There are quite a few choices out there, so specifics help greatly. You may like the Jays d-Jays or v-moda vibes just to give you something else to think about in the meantime.

You may be able to find a pair of Future Sonics Atrio m5 around that price range, and those seem to be an exceptional value. But yes, please tell us what kind of music you listen to. The Atrio m5 is very smooth and somewhat bass-heavy, leaning towards a warmer sound signature.

I am looking for something with good bass and smooth treble. I listen to music with a lot of energy. i.e. hip hop, dance, electronica, 80's synth pop.

from what I heard here... the Atrio M5 should be no brainer for this type of music. Eventhough, I like to use my IM716 modded for some drum session since it shows the texture of the bass, etc. As for the trable, IM716 is good... classical and piano solo is really good IMO. But I hear that lower resistance will produce more bass... hence sometime I will try around 20ohm on my modded IM716 and see if it is become bass heavy or not.

If it is still maintain the quality and adding the quantity, than I might want to recommend this IEM for you.
