Best IEM's for metal in the $60 or under range?

They have to have good isolation. That's about it.

Not sure, they're not for me. I'd say they would need bass and upper mids. And the best detail and quality you can get for the price.

You don't have much options at that price range, especially if you want isolation. Without isolation the C551 might be a decent choice. If you want to stick to that price range the marshmallows will probably be your best option, but you should consider upping your budget and getting the IM716 (yes, they have not much bass but their bright nature, great clarity and speed makes them a good metal IEM).

Wait til Black Friday and see if the Head-Direct RE2s go on sale?

If Head-Direct is even in a place where they recognize Black Friday as such a huge shopping day even.
In the USA you can get crazy deals on Black Friday, but i dont know about anywhere else.

They are in the US (New York) and apparently recognized it last year! Head-Direct.com | YUIN I'm excited at least!

Can you describe how it sounds like? There is very little information on it. I considered getting one the other day but I got the Philips SHE9850 instead.
