Best IEM tips?

Hi all! :D
Just wondering if anyone has yet been able to compare the misodiko Mix460 with the Mandarin Symbio tips?
I've used the Symbio tips on and off for a while, but found that the foam started to bulge out beyond the silicone outer rim after a few days/weeks of usage, which resulted in a poorer seal.
I still think they're a great tip option overall though.

I've seen the Mix460 referred to as a 'Mandarin knock-off', but the charts Misodiko have produced, showing how their tips pair with different kinds of nozzle,
give me the impression that they put a fair amount of thought into their designs and communicating with their customers. I could be wrong, but that's the impression I've got so far.

Also, regarding the issue I mentioned above with the Symbol tips, I also noticed that the Mix460 tips seem to curve back in at the back of the tips (the widest point), and I'm wondering whether this might help to eliminate, or at least slow down, the issue I found with the Symbio tips?

Anyway, if anyone has any experience of the Mix460, or even better with both those and the Symbio tips, I'd love to hear your thoughts. :)

I've not tried the Misodiko Mix, but their normal silicone tips are fine.

Just got these and I am quite impressed.
With this eartips, I am getting one of the best seal and deepest insertion depth on the UM MEST now. Since MEST uses bone conduction driver, achieving a deep insertion is critical to maximize its sonic abilities. Super comfortable as well. More impressions will be provided as I go through them with different IEMs and gather its sonic characteristics.

I wonder, are there other tips like the Mandarin Symbios that offer an XS option? I quite like the sound of them but the Symbios only come in S which is painful to my ears.

Free tips if you pay for the label.

Anybody want to try out the Eartune Fidelity U, send me a postage label (PM for communications), and I'll send it to you. I have S, M, and L. The fit doesn't work for me. I don't want to throw these away, so I think it's better if I send it off to somebody.

I prefer USPS so I can just drop it off in the mailbox.

I now only use kz starline flip tips, they are very comfortable and the only ones with which I seem to have a really full sound and that manages to capture every bass and every detail. And I also tried the Spinfit, Spiral Dots and more that I had read about here in the forum.

Thanks ADV for sending a sample set of the Eartune Fidelity U. This is a very unique ear tip in that it is elliptical as per its namesake, not the usual round shape. I would consider it a wide bore eartip in terms of nozzle diameter.

Sizing this unique ear tip may be a bit unintuitive as should one use the maximum vertical diameter of the ear canal? Or use the horizontal diameter of the ear canal? I decided to go with the larger vertical diameter for testing and used an L size. I also used it vertically up instead of it lying horizontally as such.

So the Eartune Fidelity U has very good isolation and seal, but still is quite comfortable. I've tried other eartips that had superb isolation eg flange tips, but they were a bit less comfortable.

As we all have different ear anatomies, YMMV, but I find these tips do lower the higher treble a tinge, and thicken the lower mids/midbass area. So it kind of makes music more midcentric. Due to the seal, subbass is also emphasized slightly. Soundstage does get a bit smaller with it as per a boosted mids signature compared to a recessed mids signature.

I think it will be good for those who want to tame treble. I also like the isolation and seal this set provides, it may be a good eartip to emphasize vocals and get a midcentric finetuning in the sound signature (though at the expense of soundstage/higher treble). It will hence be a good option for vocalists and guitarists on stage monitors, as mids are very important in a band setting for stage monitoring. Very innovative design, I'll be bringing it for some jam sessions for stage monitoring.

The Eartune Fidelity U elliptical eartips are now one of my favorite ear tips. They are not the best for all IEMs, and don’t work well with some, but they are very unique, and serve a purpose that no other ear tip I’ve tried thus far has been able to. I’ll go into more detail eventually, when I have more time. Right now, they are working amazingly well with my Final Audio E3000, Mangird Tea, and LZ A7. I’m really glad I got these ear tips to try out!

I am waiting for LZ A7 replacement (defective connector on 1st unit, ugh!) Curious with these tips what filter / switch setting you like on A7, and how they affect the fit / seal with this particular IEM. Your additional impressions will be much appreciated, @IEMusic! Thanks, and enjoy.
