Those are pretty much what I'm looking for. Thanks!

Yes, you are correct. the 45 in 145 stands for 4.5mm bore size. I looked at all their product line in their webpage, and notice varieties of bore sizes they offer.

I just ordered a set today to try with Andromeda, which works great with 4.5mm bore size. I like the Spinfits a lot. Something about the materials, and design are well thought out and the sound output will prove it. Probably the best sounding tips I've heard as of late.

Also, I notice a difference in sound presentation of different shapes of tips. Like a difference between olive type shape and umbrella. For example like these two types of Spinfits. I notice difference in bass extension response.

This would be an olive type shape

This would be umbrella
the inairs also sound very nice whit everything better then my spinfits spiral dots symbios complys and tons of no name tips give it a try

Update: Forget about the 4.5mm size, the bore is still pretty narrow. 4.5mm is the portion that holds the nozzle, and the bore is narrow up top. And such narrow bore size doesn't work for Andromeda.
yes its pretty narrow

Got to be Blackbird foam tips. Much harder wearing than comply whilst retaining the sound signature of the earphones much better. Cheaper too but I believe only available in the UK?

Hi Guys,

I am looking for an X Large Silicone or foam tip (15 to 16 mm). I have been using 14 for quite some time now, but end up with a bit of loose fit. I think that's the issue with using large iems for extended period of time also. Would you have any idea if this can be found and if so where?

Thanks in advance

Largest I've seen are these 14.5mm tips:

Looking for some double-flanged tips because I feel like they'll provide me the best isolation/fit judging by my concert earplugs which are the double-flanged Earpeace ones standard size (linked below). The triple flanged ones go way too deep into the ear and are uncomfortable.

So many different style of double-flange, depending on ear shape.

Spinfit CP240 is example of a really small inner flange and RHA has much fatter dual flanges, eg.
