Any recommendation for ears with small canal? My ears only fit size SS ear tips
You can try the Spinfit W1. They offer an SS option so that could work for you.

I’ve been cycling through so many ear tips lately to complement my Astrolith.

The best I’ve found so far are the Coreir Brass tips. The medium fits pretty well but cause the IEM to stick out a bit. Do the smaller sizes have smaller metal bores or is it just the silicon housing that is a smaller size?

Answering from memory, so please don't quote me on that. I am positive it is just the latter. I can get a fit with pretty much any IEM I have here with the L size, but not with M, for instance.

But, FWIW, I think they should start offering a shorter stem version for the applications you've mentioned.

Cheers.

Hello people, new member here :)
I have a weird question: has anyone tried grabbing a Spinfit CP240, and cutting off the top/innermost flange, in order to remain with the bigger flange alone? Would it be possible to do something like that?
Reason: I kinda need large tips, Penon Liqueurs are great but the jump from L (14mm) to XL (15mm) is a bit much, I'd like to try something around 15mm, but I haven't found 'premium' eartips in that size. The lower Flange of the biggest CP240 is 14.7mm in diameter, so I was wondering..!
And another question, has anyone tried tips for otoacoustic equipment? I've found some Sanibel 15mm mushroom tips that seem they could work..!

Today was that day of the month to give the Coreirs another try (Al alloy / L size). The prep is always uneasy, but my ears were lubricated enough this time. So, all good.

It is always worth mentioning I only do shallow insertions with them. I'm not that masochistic.

I have the IE200 and use DUNU S&S eartips.
I want to change my eartips because the current ones are old.
Could you recommend eartips for the IE200? I'm considering buying Spinfit W1, Neo, or Divinus wide bore.
Are these three eartips compatible with the IE200?
Which one would you recommend the most?
