Hi,
 
I'm looking to buy my first pair of IEMs that I would be using for music production. Is there such a thing as reference IEMs? 
 
Simply, looking for a pair of IEMs that are very accurate. I would use them for producing music on the go.
I make electronic music, so they can't be lacking in bass.
 
I already have a pair of AKG Q701s, but they leak a lot of sound. I've heard that IEMs don't leak very much sound, is this true?
 
Also, what are the pros and cons between using reference headphones and reference IEMs?
 
 
Suggestions?
