Hi guy, I am looking a IEM for personal listening and music producing. I was lucking at Westone universal fit the 2 and the shure SE425-V, SE315-K.Wich one is the best choice to go for? 
-My budget is from $100 to $300. Help my choose!

Since Dubstep is pretty bass heavy, I would recommend you to try the Futuresonics Atrio with MG7 drivers instead.

I'm not sure about music production, but one of the best in-ears I've heard exclusively for dubstep, within said price range, is the ClarityOne. You can read the review both here and here. The Atrio M5 (MG7) is also a great contender, but where strictly dubstep is concerned, I prefer the ClarityOne 10 out of 10 times. All the best!

Thanks those two IEM look pretty good but I am looking for something more like that 
and IEM that could go behind the hear for a tighter fit.

Then I'd recommend the IE8, which can be purchased through razordogdeals (an authorized Sennheiser dealer) for $287.20 shipped (after 20% discount). Else, if you are willing to stretch your budget, the IE80 can also be purchased through the very same dealer, for $359.96 shipped (after same discount). The IE80 improves upon the IE8's midbass hump, which tends to cloud midrange clarity, and hence offers a more transparent overall sound.

It would be better to have an IEM for listening and a headphone for producing music.
SRH-840 (for producing) and SE215 (for listening) IMO would be okay for that.

I would suggest to spend a bit more money and go for the Vsonic GR07, which goes for $165 with free shipping. The Vsonic GR07s are fairly neutral so I'd give them the thumbs up for music producing, and are very competent in the bass region. Their sub-bass presence is to die for in dubstep.
