Hey guys!
I know it is my first post on this forum, but I probably won't be able to choose without professional help.
Like other people here I am looking for new headphones, unfortunately without specific knowledge choosing is pretty much a lottery.
I have my Parrot ZIK headphones and as much as I am pleased with the portability of ZIKs, the quality of sound (especially for that price) is disappointing.
SOO:
I'm looking for high quality closed, NON bluetooth headphones, which doesn't require amplifier to be enjoyable and usefull.
Obviously they need to be balanced with good, deep bass, but they cannot be overbassed.
Something that can help:
I've tested also SHURE SRH1440 and these are my thoughts:
- bass is maybe not good enough for that price
- in every other aspect quality was excellent
so why don't I buy them - because my friend could hear what I was listening to from 10 metres only on half volume level. Terrible thing outside home.
SOOOOO
Are there any headphones for less than 400$ that can be similar to SHURE SRH1440 maybe with better bass, but closed, so that half of the street would not bounce with me
These are the brands I've put into consideration by now
Audio-technica
Sennheiser
Denon
PSB
