Personally open back leaking issues are no problem to me except in special conditions. At my listening levels it can only be heard ~2 feet from me in a quiet room with a wall fan.
Only when things are dead quiet (library) it becomes a problem. In outdoors and even 'quieter' outdoors (park) i cant even hear my own alessandros when hung around my neck at quite high volumes. It's only when people ramp up their volume so much it becomes a problem (like 20 meter leaks), but since i don't listen so loud it is not a problem to me

I'm thinking about the Ultrasone Pro 750's. Would they be good for EDM all across the entire board? Would they hit the synths just right?

Also, what would be the major differences between the Pro 750's and the Pro 900's?

So, I'm gonna buy a new pair of headphones to use until Christmas time (when I'll probably get the Pro 750's or 900's). If you would please start recommendations under $120, that would be great.

P.S. Yes, I'm to lazy to look through 6 pages

Not again!!?? Unsubbed.

Fwiw I don't think you should buy Heaphones at all. Just keep your LPs and be happy.

This.

The XB500's have terrible leakage...I am about 7 feet from the hallway and my family walks through alot, so they'll probably hear.

It seems like the XB500s are the only thing that'll satisfy you. So get them, and either deal with the leakage, or move out. It's worth it for hi-fi

Well.... no upgrades for you then?

Also you are going to have to blast them pretty loud to actually leak. Its not like they are open.
I can't even hear my own pair of open cans from 4 feet away.
