My choices are skullcandy Hesh, skullcandy Agents, Koss UR50, or Koss R80.

If anyone knows of anything better than these close to $50-$60 please let me know.

Im looking for a headphone that covers the ear, with minimal leakage, and low frequency response like less than 20 Hz. Thanks.

Sony XB500 for great bass (4Hz-22kHz) with overall decent sound quality -- I really like mine. One thing for sure, the XB500s kick the s**t out of the Skullcandies (I used to own the G.I.s). You can find them on Amazon for $44-60.

Best sounding headphones in that price range, for my money, are the Yamaha RH5MA Monitors.
Cover the ears, minimal leakage, comfortable, very nicely made (in Japan, BTW).

Not perfect, of course, but a steal IMHO at Amazon's current price of $56.00

Was comparing mine last night to my MDRV6's just for some fun, and ultimately I think I prefer the Yamaha's.

Those Yamaha's look like superaurals.

It's going to be hard to find a cheap, closed, good sounding circumaural. I know of none of the top of my head. I suggest just toughing it out till you get a larger budget. At $100 the CAL's are superb.

I got the JVC HA M750's when I was just getting into the world of headphones, and was thoroughly impressed. I'd definitely recommend them enthusiastically
