Best headphones for 300?

Hey everyone! I'm new here and I wanted to start by asking this. What do you think are the best quality headphones for 300 or less? I really want to buy some new headphones.

Might want to list some specifics on what you want to get out of the headphones, like what genres you listen to, if you like accurate sound, lots of bass etc. Sure that will help out quite a lot.
