I tried on a pair of Momentums and while I did like the sound I found the ear pads a bit small for me.

Well the Momentums are definitely not as comfortable as the Mad Dogs. Can't really say much without more details.

If mainly home use: go Mad Dogs (and you should invest in an amp, if you can)
