Hello everyone! I'm looking for a dac-amp for daily use with my phone. So far with my little experience and extensive googling, I have shortlisted four options.
1. Meizu Hi-Fi dac pro- is has been lauded as one of the best. Unfortunately has been discontinued and can't be found anywhere at their original price.
2. E1DA 9038s - specs wise it's a monster. But not enough reviews and only comes with balanced 2.5mm.

3. xDuoo Link2- too new and not a single review.
4. Shanling UA2 - no specs yet. Need to wait to get a proper review.

Should I consider getting the E1DA one or Wait for Shanling? I'll be using these with iems.

Thanks in advance!

Only one I have direct experience with is the Astell&Kern XB10; they were on "clearance" for $65 at one point but I see they've gone back up since. Looks like they're around $80 on eBay now.

What phone? On the off chance you're using an iphone the apple dongle is king, especially for the price.

Check out the Tempotec Sonata HD Pro, I use it daily, good set for $30ish USD. Wrote a small review here: https://www.head-fi.org/showcase/tempotec-sonata-hd-pro.24181/reviews#item-review-23794

The Tempotec Sonata HD Pro is the OEM version of Hidizs S8 but at half the price. Some folks in the other audio threads have kindly opened and measured the two and they seem comparable internally and on measurements. The Hidizs S8 AKA Tempotec Sonata HD Pro is very well regarded here on audiosciencereview: https://www.audiosciencereview.com/...dizs-s8-usb-c-headphone-adapter-review.10823/

Thanks for the recommendation. I've been told about Sonata HD Pro but unfortunately for now AliExpress shipping Will cost more than the device itself.
